Do you have experience from an internship at the Ministry of Social Affairs and are looking for an exciting summer job? We offer an opportunity to work with interesting issues in a varied and stimulating work environment.
Your workday. Sweden's tomorrow.
As a summer substitute, you will support one of the Ministry of Social Affairs' units where you will continuously perform tasks of varying nature and difficulty.
The following units are looking for administrators during the summer:
- Unit for Health and Civil Society (HC)
- Unit for Social Services and Disability Policy (SOF)
- Social Insurance Unit (SF)
- Unit for EU and International Affairs (EIS)

Your background
We are looking for someone with an academic education that the employer considers relevant. We want you to have completed an internship in the Government Offices as part of your higher education during the last two years.
It is an advantage if you have documented knowledge of the Ministry of Social Affairs' issues, as well as knowledge of the current unit's issues.
You have excellent skills in both Swedish and English. You also have good knowledge of the Office suite.
Your qualities
As an administrator with us, you need to be structured, quality-conscious, and self-driven. You have good judgment and strong collaboration skills. You enjoy taking initiative and driving issues forward. Furthermore, you have excellent communication skills in both speech and writing.
Other
Several fixed-term positions for a maximum of eight weeks during the summer of 2025.
A security check will be conducted before a hiring decision is made.
